The following is my fee structure per documentation request, crisis/emergency response request, court actions & legal fees.

Documentation request

$225/60 mins

Preparation of documentation (e.g., treatment summaries, letters, forms, or other requested records) will be billed at $225/hour. This fee covers the time required to review records, draft and finalize the requested materials. Please allow up to one week for completion unless otherwise arranged.

Crisis/emergency response

$225/60 mins

Crisis calls or in-person interventions that require immediate or extended attention outside of scheduled sessions—including phone consultation, coordination of care, travel time, or on-site support—will be billed at $225/hour. If an in-person response is required, travel and wait time will be billed at the same rate. This policy ensures that urgent needs can be addressed promptly while maintaining fairness and continuity of care. Please refer to your Safety Plan, toolbox, DBT & other skills that may suffice so as to not need my assistance. Otherwise dial 988 for immediate emotional support or 911 for immediate assistance.

Court action fees & legal fees

Clients are strongly discouraged from involving their therapist in legal proceedings. Participation in litigation can compromise the therapeutic relationship, and therapist testimony will be limited to factual and professional observations, not advocacy.

If subpoenaed or requested to provide records, please note the following policies and fees:

· Retainer: $1,500 due 72 business hours prior to court appearance

· Minimum court appearance fee: $1,500

· Less than 48 hours’ notice for subpoenas or attorney meetings: +$250 priority charge

· Letters or clinical evaluations: $225 each

· Phone calls (including with attorneys): $225/hour

· Depositions: $250/hour

· Court testimony: $250/hour

· Time away from office for testimony or deposition: $250/hour

· Mileage: $1/mile

· Court filing: $120 per filing

· Rescheduled/continued cases with less than 72 hours’ notice: +$500

· All attorney fees and costs incurred by the therapist will be billed to the client.

· All fees double if legal involvement requires therapist to reschedule vacation or personal time.

· Invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not made within 14 days will be charged to the credit card on file; a zero balance must be maintained.
